Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with senior attorneys, receiving mentorship while taking on increasing responsibility and client contact.
- Provide legal counsel on a wide range of healthcare and FDA-related issues, including regulatory compliance, operational matters, and transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare and FDA matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends.
- Represent clients in regulatory matters and assist with navigating complex healthcare laws and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement legal strategies and solutions.
- Manage and handle healthcare-related litigation and compliance issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services with a focus on client satisfaction and excellence.
Requirements :
3-6 years of experience in health law, with a strong background in regulatory, operational, and transactional issues.JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to high-quality client service and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications :
Active membership in the State Bar where the firm is located, or eligibility to obtain membership.Skills :
