Family Medicine Outpatient / Baraboo, WI

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : M-F Pay Rate : $250000.00 - $275000.00

A prominent Catholic not-for-profit health system serving Midwest communities seeks a Family or Internal Medicine Physician due to growth. The Family or Internal Medicine Physician will work for one of the largest employers in its Central Wisconsin location. With a legacy that began in 1872, this robust and fully integrated health system has 40,000 employees and providers who value compassion, respect, excellence, stewardship, and community. Candidates must be an MD or DO and be board-certified in internal or family medicine or board-eligible if less than five years out of training.

  • Opportunity Highlights Family-friendly, affordable location with a more relaxed pace and copious outdoor activities
  • Guaranteed base salary (up to $250,000 for FM and $260,000 for IM) with a generous signing bonus, an incentive plan, quality bonus, relocation, and comprehensive benefits
  • Teaching opportunities, if desired
  • Outpatient-only, traditional practice / full-scope, and family medicine with obstetrics opportunities available
  • The incoming Family or Internal Medicine Physician will enjoy an excellent work-life balance - Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm schedule.
