OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development / Relationship Management professional to join our growing Commercial Division in the disaster restoration industry. This critical role focuses on driving business growth by targeting commercial and multifamily property management, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial industriesAs a Business Development / Relationship Manager, you will play a vital part in revitalizing and restoring residential and commercial properties impacted by water, fire, and other disastersKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing client relationshipsAct as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, delivering exceptional client service and supportMeet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and executionLead educational and training initiatives to expand opportunities within the commercial sectorRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsDevelop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, contributing to overall business growthMaintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systemsAchieving consistent client engagement with :70 connections per week through calls, emails, and meetings3-5 scheduled in-depth meetings ("Probe Meetings") weeklyUp to 25 face-to-face interactions weekly, including route stops and site visitsHosting customer events and training programsAttending industry events and Association meetingsSchedule and conduct meetings, site visits, and other interactions to foster strong client relationshipsQUALIFICATIONS :
At least 3+ years of proven outside sales experience, preferably within commercial / multi-family property management, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or industrial facilities industriesProficient in multiple sales techniques and actively engaged in industry associationsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnershipsExcellent organizational skills, including proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft OfficeHighly self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a teamValid driver's license required for client visits and participation in eventsAvailability to attend 2-4 networking functions per month during evening hoursBENEFITS :
