District 3504 is a Presidents Council Member (top 1% of all districts) and we are currently seeking Insurance Sales Producers to join the Marcos Franco team! As a full-time insurance sales producer, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect what is important to them. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Work with given leads, cold calls, direct email and other lead generation activities.
  • Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.
  • Exceed goals given and develop referrals by providing excellent service.
  • Document all client interactions and follow up.
  • General Lines Property and Casualty license is required.
  • Assessment must be completed to be considered.

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Responds to all inquiries, client requests, and sales requests promptly.
  • Minimum three years sales experience.
  • Verifiable track record of success (be prepared to discuss your average number of dials and closing ratios in the interview.
  • Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license is required.
  • General Lines Life and Health license is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish -English is preferred.
  • Assessment must be completed to be considered for an interview
