You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. $60,000 - $70,000 negotiable yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
  • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
  • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
  • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
  • Supervise the maintenance team and manage the department

Qualifications :

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
  • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
  • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
