Care Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shifts : 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours : 35 per week

Key Requirements

Licensure : Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license

Experience : Minimum 1 year in SNF setting

Certifications : Active BLS issued through AHA

Education : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills
