H-E-B Manufacturing Internship

Helping Texans is the H-E-B Way. Spend 10 weeks with us exploring the retail industry as an H-E-B Manufacturing Intern. Program dates will be from June 1st August 7th. The days and hours you'll work will vary based on an operations schedule to include nights and / or weekend shifts. You'll support company objectives related to cost reduction and containment in safety and injury prevention in your assigned corporate, regional, industrial, or retail area. H E B's manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation (MW&T) divisions support each of our retail locations, and our Supply Chain Team innovates and executes to optimize source-to-shelf operations. Providing our customers with products they love is a big job, and the 12.1 million square feet of our distribution centers help make that possible. Our Supply Chain Partners are key to helping stock H-E-B Stores and keeping our supply chain moving all over Texas and Mexico. H-E-B self-manufactures 1,650+ products in our 14 Manufacturing Plants. Not to brag, but that includes 1.5 billion slices of bread, 64 million dozen tortillas, and 12.5 million gallons of ice cream per year. And yay for the 40,000 dairy cows it takes each day to manufacture our milk! Our goal is to achieve superior self-manufactured products through high quality, low cost products and services, so we can stay competitive and successful in the omnichannel business and delight our customers.
