Job Posting : PM Chef- (Lead Role solo Kitchen Role)

We’re seeking a PM Chef to take full ownership of our evening kitchen service. This is a solo position , perfect for someone who thrives in an independent environment and is excited to bring creativity, discipline, and consistency to every plate.

Responsibilities include :

Running the kitchen solo during PM service with confidence and professionalism.

Executing dishes with excellent plating, flavor, and presentation.

Handling prep work and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Designing and developing seasonal dishes while being mindful of budget and waste.

Creating and managing daily and weekly prep lists.

Overseeing and maintaining ingredients, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Using downtime with purpose and staying productive at all times.

What we’re looking for :

A mature, self-motivated chef  who can operate independently.

Someone who brings creativity and passion for food while staying grounded in efficiency.

A professional with strong organizational and time management skills.

Honest, respectful, and reliable — someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of the kitchen.
