We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure all Employees are qualified for their jobs.
• Understand the process of producing and packaging juice in different containers.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials that incorporate various learning technologies and methodologies.
• Facilitate training sessions on the production floor, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Present information clearly and effectively, utilizing strong presentation skills to engage participants.
• Stay current with industry trends in training & development, instructional design, and adult education practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content development.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear instruction delivery.

Experience in teaching or facilitating adult education programs is highly desirable.

Proficiency in learning technology tools and platforms that enhance the educational experience.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to drive individual projects forward.
