Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead Salesforce administrator, ensuring system governance, health, and scalability

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions

Maintain data integrity and system security, and drive user adoption through training and support

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a growth-oriented organization

Deep expertise in Salesforce platform administration and declarative development

Advanced knowledge of automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator preferred

Proven track record of leading Salesforce health and governance initiatives
