Headquartered in Sweden, we are looking for a Desktop Support Technician in our Renville, Minnesota location! We specialize in providing climate control and utilizing automated systems for farms in the midwest! We are continuing to expand all over the U.S. and beyond!

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our remote IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to our users. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT team in day-to-day operations.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues reported by users.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Coordinate remote support for users, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
• Develop and maintain ITIL-based processes to improve service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
• Assist in project management related to IT initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide user training and create documentation for IT systems and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.
