LPN : Allergy

Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work alongside our team of collegiate allergy providers and clinical team members.

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Use of computers and software programs.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Administer immunotherapy injections accurately and efficiently.
  • Performs percutaneous and intradermal allergy skin testing and specialized testing accurately and efficiently.
  • documents emergency measures.
  • performs nebulizer treatment and documents in EHR.
  • Patient education on the proper use of inhalers, EpiPens, and medications.

    • Requirements :

  • Active CT LPN State license.
  • Active BLS Certification.
  • Must be able to identify and respond to emergencies and support approximately 50-100 pounds.
  • 1+ year experience as an LPN.
  • Training / Orientation at Danbury satellite office.
  • Travel between Norwalk and Ridgefield satellite offices.

    • Schedule :

  • Full Time : Monday through Friday.
  • must be able to work a flexible work schedule.

    • Salary based on experience.

    Bonus offered : $2,000 after 6 months of employment; $2,000 after one year of employment.
