As a Financial Consultant I, you'll be the expert our members rely on!

What You'll Do :

Engage with Members : Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.

Loan Solutions : Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.

Account Services : Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.

Product Recommendations : Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.

Financial Guidance : Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.

Tech Support : Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.

Compliance & Security : Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.

What We're Looking For :

A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially.

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. (Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!)

Problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
