Purchasing Storeroom Clerk

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Storeroom Clerk who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Storeroom Clerk is an essential member of our Purchasing team. The applicant must be motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in the Purchasing aspect of our property.

Responsibilities :

• Issue liquor requisitions, and assist with sorting and distributing packages when needed.
• Maintain efficient communication with the Director of Purchasing and the Receiving Coordinator, ensuring to notify them when liquor needs to be reordered, and when invoices have been received.
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, including but not limited to informing them of any inconsistencies or bad product.
• Consistently check email, responding to vendors and other staff members in a reasonable time frame.
• Responsible for putting away orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete walk through of the back of house and dry storage areas.
• Ensure loading dock is clean and organized.
• Must be willing and able to perform all tasks outlined in the attached job description document.
