We’re looking for an experienced Advertising Supervisor to lead a small team and drive the execution of high-impact media campaigns. This role is perfect for someone coming from an agency background who thrives in managing multiple priorities, mentoring junior team members, and working closely with global stakeholders. You'll play a key role in managing current programs while also helping to launch new initiatives directed by partners abroad.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3, ensuring smooth execution of all advertising efforts
Execute and optimize media plans with a focus on luxury brands
Partner with global teams to roll out new campaigns and strategies
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Vivvix, ComScore, Flashtalking, and Rephonic
Create reports and deliver presentations that clearly communicate performance insights
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistent communication across all efforts

Requirements :

3+ years of advertising experience; luxury or agency experience highly preferred

Proven ability to manage people and projects simultaneously

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with campaign analytics

Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation : $94,000 - $130,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
