What We Offer You
- Balanced Schedule : Four clinic days per week plus a half-day in the OR, with average clinic volumes of 30 patients per day
- Protected Time : Weekly blocked OR time for GYN procedures, with robotic surgery available and laborist support
- Light Call : One day per week only, with no nights or weekends, supported by a laborist program that covers most inpatient needs
- Generous Compensation and Benefits : $350-$450k starting salary guarantee with bonus potential, $25k signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME support, loan repayment, and immigration assistance available
