Neuro Med / Surg Tele Nurse Need : \n\n3South is a Med / Surg Telemetry Certified Stroke Center as well as a Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).\n\nWhile most patients have a neuro-related diagnosis 3S also serves as a telemetry overflow unit for other patient populations which allows the nurse to practice skills other than neuro.\n\nRequired : \n\nNeurology experience\nMS / Tele experience\nBLS\nACLS\nNIHSS\nBasic EKG testing required and provided by the agency through Prophecy Relias. This exam must be successfully completed before the nurse can attend Orientation.\nEvery other weekend and holiday. 36hrs per week guaranteed\n\nTotal Hourly Pay Rate : \t $61.75 \t Per Hour \nOn W2(Taxable) : \t $18.00 \t Per Hour \nStipend(Non-Taxable) : \t $43.75 \t Per Hour \n\t\t\n\t\t\nWeekly Breakdown : \t\t\nWeekly Gross : \t $2,223.00 \t Per Week \nOn W2(Taxable) : \t $648.00 \t Per Week \nStipend(Non-Taxable) : \t $1,575.00 \t Per Week \n
