Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Expert Graphic Designer Visual Design Lead for Perm opportunity with a in South Florida

Job Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality visual assets across various media platforms, including video, print, social media, web, and interactive formats. This role involves creating impactful national consumer and trade advertising, brochures, collateral, film shoots, digital signage graphics, digital renderings, and animations. As the brand steward, the designer will play a critical role in building and maintaining the brands visual identity across multiple projects.

This position requires close coordination with business stakeholders, marketing teams, creative directors, copywriters, and production artists to ensure that all visual assets align with the brand's objectives and communicate effectively with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated, high-quality creative concepts for video, print, digital, and interactive media that align with business strategies while enhancing the brand's identity.
• Manage and deliver a diverse range of projects on time and within budget constraints, including collateral, brochures, flyers, and large-scale publications (up to 200 pages).
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to maintain consistent brand standards across all work.
• Take ownership of the design process, ensuring that all materials reflect the company's strategic goals and creative vision.
• Work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from small assets to large, multi-channel campaigns.
• Create internal and external presentations for senior management, providing clear and compelling visual narratives.
• Oversee the creative execution of projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and error-free output for vendor production.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to the companys brand positioning and guidelines.
• Actively contribute to the development of the brands visual identity and evolving creative direction.
• Support asset creation for large-scale projects such as film and photo shoots.
• Perform additional job functions as needed.
