Overview

The Mockup Artist is an experienced packaging prototype craftsman who demonstrates the advanced skills required to both engineer and produce final prototypes. This role is responsible for understands project requirements, leveraging available resources, and delivering high-quality prototypes on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects as assigned, ensuring departmental deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify project details, resolve challenges, and achieve optimal results.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to the overall success of the team.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Actively research, test, and integrate new prototyping techniques and technologies.
• Engage in cross-training within the department to expand overall prototyping versatility.
• Set and pursue annual goals to support professional growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Mockup Department workspace.
• Serve as a mentor to junior team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Support rapid-turn and high-priority projects, including overtime and weekend work when necessary.
