Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and active OR RN license for day shift assignments.

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting throughout Medford, OR and surrounding areas

Shift is 5x8 hour days, 8 : 00-16 : 30

Caseload includes up to 6 patients per day with a 30 productivity point standard

No weekend or on-call requirements

No floating between like units or facilities required in this role

Charting is done using EPIC and Oasis EMRs

Any color scrubs are acceptable attire

Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standards

Expected to manage all aspects of patient care in a home environment

Assignments may involve travel within a 50+ mile radius with optimized scheduling to minimize travel time

Returning former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live over 50 miles from the facility

First-time travelers are not accepted for this position

Any requested time off must be approved prior to placement

Two recent supervisory references from within the last three years in a comparable specialty are required for consideration

Requirements Active OR RN license required; pending license accepted

Minimum 1 year of recent skilled home health RN experience

BCLS certification required

Experience with Oasis documentation required

Reliable personal transportation required

Primary COVID vaccine series plus one booster required
