Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, managing all day-to-day salon operations, meeting team and individual sales quotas, increasing customer traffic through local store marketing, maintaining up-to-date client billing records, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening / closing business, and daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, one or more years of management experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends. Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals, proven customer service experience, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail, and organization are also required. Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day is necessary.
