• Start Date / length of assignment : Dec 2 - ongoing
• Schedule : 16hr in house weeknight call & 24hr inhouse weekend call
• On call : Y, only call
• Cases : Neonatal intubations, umbilical line placement, chest tubes, attendance of deliveries and stabilization of neonates
• How long does Credentialing Take : 30 days
• EMR : EPIC
• Patient Load : 56-bed Level 3 NICU
• Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) : Board certified
• Is there additional support staff? Yes, NICU RNs, NNPs
• Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? NNP, neos
• Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them? Yes and yes
• Trauma Level of Work Location : Level 3 NICU
• Documents req. for presentation : NJ License, Board Cert
• 1099 contractor
