Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, ensuring safety and comfort every step of the way.Closely monitor fetal and maternal health, interpreting electronic fetal monitoring and responding swiftly to changes.Collaborate alongside obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal specialists to facilitate smooth, coordinated care transitions.Educate patients and their families on the labor process, delivery, and newborn care to promote positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols.Qualifications
Valid Texas RN license or compact state eligibility required.Minimum one-two year of recent Labor and Delivery or Women's Services clinical experience preferred.Current BLS and ACLS certification required; NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification highly desirable.Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and ability to remain calm in fast-paced, emotionally charged situations.Please apply directly to learn more information or reach out to Stephen Szygiel at
