Primary Purpose : Under minimum supervision, develop and grow the dairy / beef market in your territory. Always maintaining a strong, ethical and positive image by respecting yourself, your customers, distribution and the company.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with distribution channels to grow new and existing business.
• Develop and write sales plans with your manager.
• Execute your plan with distribution and producers.
• Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks.
• Continually study your products, the market and the competitive landscape.
• Train with the team to improve and hone your skill sets.

Requirements & Skills :

Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required

A Bachelors degree in business or animal health preferred.

Adaptability to change

excellent communication skills

Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must have a valid Drivers License

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Any other duties required by Management
