At Itera Mobility Engineering , we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our engineering team and work in an important automotive client located in Georgia, USA.

Main functions to develop :

• Monitor, maintain, and improve customer scorecards and performance metrics.
• Respond to customer portals for quality issues, corrective actions, and any engineering changes (if applicable).
• Provide engineering support to resolve internal and external quality concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Own and support core quality documentation updates : Standard Work Instructions, Process Flow, Control Plans, and PFMEA.
• Serve as the quality representative for APQP activities and documentation.
• Guide and support the APQP Engineer in all quality-related tasks.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
