Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Chemist located in Elkton, MD. The R&D Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development of new materials and products, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring quality control. The R&D Chemist will also analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the technical support team to provide innovative solutions.

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills
• Familiarity with Quality Control processes
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a focus on cement technology
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in the construction or waterproofing industry is a plus
