Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the monthly billing process, handling accounts payable, and ensuring accurate job costing and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment using Vista Construction Management Software.
