Responsibilities :
Abide by the Realtors’ Code of EthicsClose 18 + transactions in the year (12 months)Be responsive and flexible to the client's needs and their scheduleBe able to meet clients for home tours within 60 minutes if requested, as necessaryFollow up and nurture clientsWork with the Support Team (Team Lead, ISA, TC, etc.)Conduct market analysesNegotiate offers and contingenciesAttend property inspectionsAttend closingsAttend final walkthroughsAttend 1 : 1 coaching, sales, and training meetingsQualifications :
