Key Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Solution Engineers

Lead executive sponsorship of key accounts and drive awareness through marketing initiatives

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met

Required Qualifications

5+ years in the high-tech industry with relevant roles such as Developer or Sales Engineer

Experience in mentoring and managing team performance

Familiarity with Open Source selling or Cloud-first sales strategies

Direct experience with sales methodologies and frameworks like MEDDPICC

Proven ability to exceed quarterly targets and manage a book of business
