About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours : 32 Hours per Week

Experience : New Graduates Welcome, SNF Experience Preferred

License : State License Verification Required

Certifications : CPR Certification Required, Negative Drug Screen Results

Must-Have :

  • Prescreen must be filled out and submitted.
  • Resume and license verification must be attached.

Job Description :

  • Complete a COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
  • Submit three references and complete county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches (7 years or more).
  • Conduct a nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more).
  • Perform an HHS / OIG and GSA search.
  • Provide a social security number trace.
  • Complete 1 Step PPD, Quantiferon, or provide proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
  • Conduct a SAM search.
  • Texas DADS verification.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in SNF environments is advantageous.
  • Ensure all credentialing checklists are completed prior to submission.
