Deputy Chief Information Officer

The Fauquier County Department of Information Technology is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Chief Information Officer. This position is senior leadership responsible for overseeing the design, deployment and management of the county's IT infrastructure. The Deputy Chief Information Officer ensures the reliability and security of systems such as networks, cloud platforms, servers, and data centers. This role involves strategic planning, project leadership, and collaboration with county departments to align technology solutions with operational needs. This position also play a key role in disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization, while supervising IT staff and supporting the departments mission.
