Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals is an early stage Compounding Pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing our pharmacy operations. You will work closely with pharmacists and other professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the build-out, launch, and scale of our pharmacy from ground zero, contributing to its success and growth.
• Establish and test best practices for pharmacy workstreams to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare compounded medications and specialty pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist, following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleanroom suite support responsibilities according to facility SOP's
• Document compounding related activities according to facility SOP's and as required by USP 797
• Report to the Pharmacist in Charge on issues in the lab
• Completes training as required by USP 797

Salary Range : $27-$29 / hr

This salary represents Hephaestus Pharmaceutical's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee's work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals business and other operational considerations.
