We pride ourselves on promoting internally whenever possible. 12-hour shift schedule (7-7) 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, working 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours) allows for days off during the week and OT every other week. Approximately, 75 less work days per year working on our 12-hour shift schedule. MGS offers new hires the ability to earn vacation time each month! We are looking for Operators to work in our Germantown, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Medical Industry! Our Operators are responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components.
What we want from you :
- A team player with good communications skills and the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented to visually inspect parts, pack parts, and complete paperwork per the work instructions
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
- Willingness to be cross trained
- Proven reliability to work scheduled shifts and be on time everyday
