Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong grasp of both the technical and functional aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with clients to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its Pro modules, with experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and process alignment across ITSM and ITOM.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client objectives and ServiceNow's product roadmap.
Implement and configure advanced ServiceNow Pro modules such as ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, and ITBM Pro (Project Management).
Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts using JavaScript, Jelly, and ServiceNows APIs.
Lead the development and maintenance of the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) across enhancement and project efforts.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Agile user stories and epics.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and drive backlog grooming and delivery with client and vendor teams.
Interface with business and IT stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, status updates, and ensure solution adoption.
Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams to ensure long-term support readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
810 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting
ITSM Pro
JavaScript, Jelly scripting
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
