We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing team at a 25-bed critical access hospital, where you will provide care to adult patients. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base wage of $200K-$275K, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible with 2-5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine and are expected to participate in clinical leadership.

• Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
• Call Ratio- 1 : 5
• Reason for need : Growth, looking to add 2 physicians to the group to make a total of 6
• 25-bed critical access hospital
• 15-20 patients seen per day
• Adult Medicine : 18+
• Provider would report to Practice Leader / SVP HR
• Not accepting Locums candidates
