Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, benefits, turnover, and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and trends.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting by providing data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership and assist with compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, OFCCP).
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee surveys, DEI initiatives, and talent analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
