Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring that all practices meet the required guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans, ensuring individualized and holistic care.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain optimum unit performance.
• Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatments, and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
