The LPC is monitored by periodic supervision. Qualifications : Education : Required : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Experience : Required : If a new graduate, supervised-post graduate counseling experience (internship) with specified direct client contact under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor. Otherwise, 1 year of experience. Certifications : Required : Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
