We are currently seeking a Sr Business Analyst (Fte Only / 100% Onsite) to join our team in Irving, Texas (Us-Tx), United States (Us).

Day To Day Job Duties :

• Gathering and documenting functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders within the banking context.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, creating user stories, and managing backlogs to facilitate iterative development.
• Analyzing data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within banking operations.
• Communicating effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior management to align solutions with business strategy.
• Ensuring that solutions and process changes adhere to banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (Uat) to validate that the implemented solutions meet business needs.
