Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (El Segundo)

Labib Funk + Associates (LFA) is a Consulting Engineering Firm that has been providing Structural, Shoring, Civil, and EBM Services.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 2 Managing Principals.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support (Primarily CEO, with Partner Support as Needed) :
• Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
• Track personal appointments and events for the CEO.
• Provide administrative support to the partner as required.
• Project Management (CEO and Partner) :
• Oversee and track renovation / construction projects for the CEO's and Partners investment properties (apartment buildings, etc.).
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
• Manage and organize project-related documentation and budgets.

Requirements :

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in El Segundo, CA.
