Decision Enablement Analyst
The Decision Enablement team within Risk Management & Underwriting (RMUW) is looking for an individual with a desire to identify key insights and provide analyses that will help influence business strategy and decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and an analytical mindset paired with technical proficiencies that will allow them to leverage our existing tools and reports to advise the business on risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This individual will serve as the business's main point-of-contact as well as the subject matter expert for the aligned tools and reports. They will serve as the leader for assigned reporting projects or analysis that require input and contributions from multiple stakeholders. In addition to providing business support, this individual will identify opportunities for enhancements to the aligned tools and reports in order to better meet the needs of our customers as our business continues to evolve.

4+ years of healthcare industry experienceDirect underwriting knowledge / experience strongly preferredAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environmentHistory of consistently delivering business resultsStrong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skillsStrong understanding and ability to apply technical skills to support business needsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level including knowledge of pivot tables and VBA)Preferred : experience with workflow tools such as AlteryxStrongly preferred : experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBIWorking knowledge of at least one of the following : SQL, Python, SAS, or RLocations : This role is office aligned to one of our Finance hubs : Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; Chattanooga, TN; or Franklin, TN
