Decision Enablement Analyst

The Decision Enablement team within Risk Management & Underwriting (RMUW) is looking for an individual with a desire to identify key insights and provide analyses that will help influence business strategy and decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and an analytical mindset paired with technical proficiencies that will allow them to leverage our existing tools and reports to advise the business on risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will serve as the business's main point-of-contact as well as the subject matter expert for the aligned tools and reports. They will serve as the leader for assigned reporting projects or analysis that require input and contributions from multiple stakeholders. In addition to providing business support, this individual will identify opportunities for enhancements to the aligned tools and reports in order to better meet the needs of our customers as our business continues to evolve.

• Working with large amounts of data, multiple data sources, and multiple database management systems
• Demonstrate ownership of data quality by reviewing data for timely completeness and accuracy

• Strong business acumen with proven ability to leverage knowledge and resources to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new projects
