Job Title : CNC Machine Operator Job Description

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC machines in a team-based environment.
• Perform general and daily maintenance on machines to maintain production levels.
• Ensure quality of parts through regular inspection during production.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and basic geometric dimension tolerancing.
• Inspect parts using visual and manual inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers, as well as programmed CMM equipment.
• Make offsets and change tooling as per the provided layout.
• Communicate job status and part quality with team members and management.

Work Environment

Our precision department is air-conditioned and features an updated area with 100 different CNC machines, including 83 Swiss machines and 17 Mill / Lathe machines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
