Requirements :

Valid CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey a must.

Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to support residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
