Operations Manager, NH Medicaid

A company is looking for an Operations Manager for the NH Medicaid program.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, lead, and implement business improvement initiatives for the NH Medicaid Operations team

Act as a liaison across the Health Plan on various subjects including performance, data, and reporting

Prepare monthly NH Medicaid Operations program deliverables such as reports and status updates

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

A minimum of 5 years of related program management or operational experience

Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance field is highly preferred

Successful completion of pre-employment background check
