About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Hours per Shift : 8

Experience : 2 to 5 years of med-surg experience required; home care experience preferred

License : Current active Nursing License required

Certifications : BLS certification required

Must-Have : Must be self-directed and able to work without direct supervision; Ability to demonstrate flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume and work schedule; Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, disability, or financial condition of the patient; Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team; Must be proficient in speaking, writing, reading, and comprehending English; Computer proficiency in electronic medical records data entry; Must maintain a valid driver's license and certificate of auto insurance coverage.

As an RN, you will create a tailored plan of care for both home health and hospice patients.
