Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, monitoring, and implementation of care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient status, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide interventions as required.
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety, quality, and infection control policies.
