ASE Lead Mechanic | Environmental & Industrial Services | 24 / 7 Emergency Response | Vacuum & Tanker Fleets

Are you an experienced ASE-Certified Diesel Mechanic ready to take the lead? Join a fast-paced operation supporting industrial vacuum trucks, roll-offs, tankers, and emergency response vehicles that keep critical environmental services running smoothly.

This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who takes pride in reliability, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and mentor shop technicians and mechanics

✅ Oversee fleet maintenance and repair for Class 7 / 8 diesel trucks

✅ Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical, and PTO systems

✅ Manage preventive maintenance programs and shop workflow

✅ Ensure full DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance

✅ Keep the fleet ready for 24 / 7 emergency response operations

What You Bring

• ASE Certification (Master level a plus)
• 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience — ideally in waste, industrial, or environmental services
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Leadership experience in a shop or fleet setting
• CDL or willingness to obtain one
• Safety-first mindset and solid organizational skills
