Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Automation Architect to lead strategic automation and AI initiatives for a major healthcare provider. This role blends architecture, consulting, and hands-on delivery across RPA, BPM, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect enterprise-scale automation solutions across platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Pega, Appian, Blue Prism).
  • Lead assessments of automation maturity, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Recommend platforms and tools based on business needs and ROI modeling.
  • Design intelligent automation solutions integrating RPA, BPM, NLP, ML, and conversational AI.
  • Develop automation roadmaps aligned with healthcare business objectives.
  • Define business cases and value frameworks for automation initiatives.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and governance across automation and AI lifecycle.
  • Contribute thought leadership on agentic automation and human-in-loop models.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and SMEs in agile environments.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in enterprise technology and automation architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple automation platforms (RPA, BPM, AI).
  • Strong background in fit-gap analysis, platform selection, and ROI modeling.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience integrating AI into automation pipelines (ML, NLP, LLMs).
  • Exposure to healthcare workflows (revenue cycle, claims, clinical ops).
  • Certifications in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, AA, Power Platform).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).
  • Knowledge of AI governance and orchestration models.
  • Experience with healthcare transformation programs or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to Process Intelligence, Autonomous Agents, or AI Ops.
