📍 Eastern Massachusetts | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $70,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

Who is Landmark General Contracting?

We are a 25-year-old firm that specializes in remodeling and new construction projects in the residential, commercial / industrial and multi-family / affordable apartment management markets . We proudly serve clients throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts and are also licensed for operations in Rhode Island . In addition to our remodeling and new construction services, we have developed a strong specialty in insurance claim renovation projects . We are continuing to expand our presence and are seeking driven professionals to help us grow.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Coordinator to help drive growth and strengthen client relationships in the construction and development industry. This role combines sales coordination, business development, and marketing support. You’ll manage our CRM, generate new opportunities, expand relationships, and represent us at industry events — directly contributing to our growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update CRM data; track and report sales metrics.
  • Research, qualify, and engage new prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, property managers, and industry partners.
  • Identify new markets and clients within existing verticals.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Coordinate pricing opportunities, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Support long-term client agreements and company growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (construction / development a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary : $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience).
  • Performance bonuses tied to growth targets.
