Job Title – OT Systems Administrator

Location – On-site in Castle Rock, CO

Must Have Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience with OT / ICS technical environments and SCADA systems
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, VMware, networking concepts, and server management
  • Knowledge of OT security best practices such as NERC CIP, ISA / IEC 62443, and AWWA; ability to conduct risk assessments
  • Experience with storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS), DNS, SQL Server, and SAN support
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities and Job Details :

  • Provide daily server support for the SCADA system within Castle Rock Water
  • Manage and regularly test OT disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Perform preventative maintenance and apply patch updates across server infrastructure
  • Serve as backup support for network security technologies including firewalls and wireless access points
  • Plan and implement virus protection strategies and procedures
  • Document and enforce standardized server configurations and provide cross-training to Instrument and Control Technicians
  • Deliver second-level support for complex server and network issues
  • Oversee VMware infrastructure, SAN, Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server, and CRW / SCADA domain hardware
  • Implement and maintain OT solutions aligned with modern security architectures
  • Collaborate closely with the IT security team to support cybersecurity frameworks and zero trust principles
  • Conduct risk assessments and perform regular vulnerability scanning
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvements in system performance and security
